Abstract
Orbital vascular malformations continue to present management challenges. They are a spectrum of anomalies which may have an overlap between venous and lymphatic components. Recent classification systems proposed help understand and manage these conditions better. Multidisciplinary approach consisting of surgical and nonsurgical options is the way forward in managing these disorders.
