Abstract
Hot stamping parts are highly fit for vehicle structures design and manufacture due to their ultra-high strength and hardness. In what aspect the hot stamping parts are reflected when applied in vehicle lightweight? How can we judge the service performance and proceed with the optimization design? How does it work when the vehicle’s service performance is increased? In this chapter, we will research all the above questions through both simulation method and experiment method.
