Abstract
The government of Japan is requested technical cooperation and grant aid in disaster prevention area from various countries world widely, where the experiences and expertise have been tried to accumulate to different environments. Especially Latin America (Mexico), South-East Asia (Indonesia) and Near-Middle East (Turkey) are three strong points for the technical transfer in this area.
