Abstract
The success of treatment of shoulder pain lies in a precise diagnosis. This is a clinical examination based on applied anatomy. This paper is adapted from the film “Pain at the shoulder and its treatment” as devised by Cyriax and describes some of the most common lesions and their treatment by local infiltration of steroid.
