Eggplant mottled dwarf nucleorhabdovirus (EMDV)

Genus: Nucleorhabdovirus Family: Rhabdoviridae
EMDV infection in plants of Hibiscus syriacus was reported from Australia (Tang et al. 2015). The virus-infected rose of Sharon plants exhibit symptoms of chlorotic spots on leaves. The virus is transmitted by leafhopper vectors in a persistent-propagative manner. The virus is transmissible by mechanical sap-inoculation. The virus spreads primarily through the use of infected planting material. For more details of EMDV, refer to Solanum melongena.
Euphorbia yellow leaf curl virus (EuYLCV)
