Abstract

Lateral ulnar collateral ligament tear may cause symptomatic chronic insufficiency of the lateral collateral ligament complex, thus leading to elbow instability. Many ligamentous reconstruction techniques have been described, most of which, provide good clinical outcome. This chapter will cover lateral ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction utilizing the double docking technique utilizing either an autograft or a synthetic allograft.
