Abstract
Cervical facet dislocations can be uni- or biarticular, sometimes associated with facet fractures. The intervertebral disc of the injured level is constantly torn. Cervical dislocation occurs in 75% of the cases between C5 and C7, in 20% of the cases between C2 and C5, and in 5% of the cases at the level C7–T1 [1].
