Abstract

Sleeve gastrectomy (SG) is currently the most frequently performed bariatric operation worldwide. The numbers of patients with weight regain or secondary co-morbidities because of this technique will increase in the coming years, because of dilatation of the sleeve and poor adherence to treatment by the multidisciplinary team. One of the options in the revision of these patients is conversion to MGB-OAGB. In this chapter, we will discuss the method of revising these cases, their preoperative evaluation, and the main tips of the surgical technique, which is fast, safe and has good results.
