Abstract
A 39-year-old patient had breast augmentation with textured, low-profile gel implants in June 2006. She developed hardness and pain in the right breast. There was discussion on capsulotomy or medical treatment. The patient was placed on Accolate and had improvement in the firmness but still had some discomfort at 3 months postoperatively.
