Abstract
Breast conservation is performed in around 75% of all women with breast cancer. In several women, resection yields volumes of more than 25% of the breast tissue resulting in bad cosmesis. Mastopexies during oncologic segmental resection improve cosmesis. There are several different possible techniques. We report about several cases using inferior pedicled oncoplastic type II surgery.
