Abstract
We will describe the techniques usually performed, with or without preservation of the uterus. Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy is proposed to treat symptomatic post-hysterectomy vaginal vault or multicompartment genital organ prolapse with high success rates. In this figure, we see the different trajectories of the main organs of the promontory area: iliac vessels, ureter and middle sacral artery (Fig. 26.1).
