Anyone wishing to gain a full understanding of sprinkler systems should recognize that there are other important subjects such as types of sprinklers, other hardware, layout requirements, reliability, and sprinkler demand, along with related concerns, such as alarms and minimizing water damage, that are beyond the focus of this book.
