Abstract
In August of 1993, State Energy Directors met with Secretary Hazel O’Leary and committed to working in partnership with the Department of Energy to effectuate the Department’s policy objectives. We have long considered ourselves the deployment arm of the Department when it comes to new energy technologies, and agreed to work cooperatively with the Department in this area.
