Abstract
Since the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration was established in 1984, the instruction method of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) has been applied. First year students receive an introduction to the objectives and procedures of PBL at the beginning of the first year curriculum. Questions like how to approach problems, how to work together in a tutorial group, how to observe, how to be a secretary, how to co-operate, how to give feedback and how to evaluate are dealt with during the first period. These procedures and skills are needed in order to work effectively in the tutorial group.
