Abstract
Public management is the governmental and non-governmental public organizations in the use of public power have handled the process of social and public affairs, to the effective promotion and fair distribution of social and public interests. From the resulting sense is a function of public organizations, including government-led public organizations and the public interest to point to the non-governmental organizations to achieve public interest, to provide public goods and services activities.
