Abstract

The present chapter deals with the technical aspects of percutaneous management of ureteral stenosis and upper urinary tract (UUT) tumours, where the preoperative investigations are usefully integrated by the preliminary retrograde endoscopic assessment of ureteral and pyelocalyceal features allowed by ECIRS in the Galdakao-modified supine Valdivia position. Antegrade treatment details are also given, as well as follow-up advices, according to the current guidelines.
