Abstrait
Les tumeurs endocrines digestives notamment iléales sont, dans la plupart des cas, lentement évolutives et la survie des patients prolongée. En l’absence de possibilité d’exérèse chirurgicale radicale, le traitement est cependant seulement palliatif dans la grande majorité des cas avec une évolution métastatique lentement progressive, mais irréversible.
