PROBA-2 at Ten Years
- Submission status
- Closed
At the time of its launch, PROBA2 was an innovative satellite built for in-flight testing, but also carrying two solar instruments with novel technologies. 10 years later, long past its original life expectancy of 2 years, the PROBA2 mission still delivers unique high-quality measurements and images of the Sun. The LYRA and SWAP instruments have paved the way for new and improved solar observations. This Topical Collection is a follow-up of the 2013 Topical Issue and illustrates how PROBA2 data are used in a wide range of solar studies to this day.
