Virtual Discussion Forum - Apple: Good Business, Poor Citizen?

This virtual discussion forum of the Journal of Business Ethics reflects the journal's commitment to theory and practice going together in business ethics. This exchange between Amitai Etzioni at George Washington U. (one of the thought leaders of the communitarian movement), Richard Nielsen of Boston College, and David Newkirk (an executive at major corporations for many years) is an example of how theory and practice, theoreticians and practitioners, can jointly learn. There is much to agree and disagree with in these papers. We hope that it will stimulate more of our readers to deal rigorously with real world business issues.
