Abstract
So, your city isn’t ready to create transit lanes on major streets, and it doesn’t have the money to build huge amounts of rail. What can your city or region do to encourage the growth of transit-friendly communities, so that great transit—service that is both high quality and cost-effective— can develop as an integral part of those communities?
