Abstract
I share a small cubicle in the County Office for Aging with the volunteer attorney, and a cheerful, roly-poly person who has made himself the go-to guy for everyone who needs to know anything about government healthcare programs. I don’t see much of him, but once in a while I find complicated Medicare arcana on my desk and put it aside for him.
