Abstract

In this section we report some pedigree fulfilling the clinical criteria established during two international consensus conferences on the behalf of the IGCLC (Caldas et al. 1999; Fitzgerald et al. 2010). These original kindred are collected from Italian regions, in particular from Tuscany, an high incidence area for GC risk (Roviello et al. 2007a; Corso et al. 2012).
