Abstract
In the most common form of ToF – a combination of a large, unrestrictive ventricular septal defect (VSD), an overriding aorta and a severe right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO) – the prenatal loading conditions are similar to that of the normal heart, but from birth the right ventricle (RV) has abnormal loading conditions.
