Abstract
Tetralogy of Fallot (ToF) is the most frequent cyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD). According to a recent prospective study on the prevalence of CHD in Germany, 0.27 of 10,000 live born neonates (2.5% of all CHD) suffer from ToF [1].
