Abstract
The chest wall, the pleura, and the diaphragm represent the outer boundaries of the chest cavity. Each can be affected by specific diseases, but abnormalities may also be related to changes in other structures both within and outside the chest. This chapter reviews the radiological signs of diseases that may involve these three compartments directly or indirectly.
