Come si è visto, l’imaging con RM permette di evidenziare l’anatomia zonale della prostata con grande dettaglio, grazie all’elevata risoluzione spaziale e all’intrinseca risoluzione di contrasto associate alla capacità di acquisire immagini su piani di scansione multipli.
