Akrodermatitis chronica atrophicans

Zusammenfassung

Das Krankheitsbild, dessen Namen auf Herxheimer und Hartmann (1902) zurückgeht, wurde erstmalig von Buchwald (1883) als „diffuse idiopathische Hautatrophie“ beschrieben. Diese rein deskriptive Bezeichnung kennzeichnet das Hautleiden, das gelegentlich von lymphoretikulären Neubildungen sowie von epithelialen Geschwülsten begleitet wird. Da die Neubildungen bevorzugt im Bereich der Akrodermatitis-Herde auftreten, ist die Deutung im Sinne einer Paraneoplasie umstritten.
