Abstract

Sine syndrome occurs in approximately 20 % of psoriatic arthritis cases. From the clinical point of view, it is usually characterized by the presence of dactylitis and arthritis of DIP joints with the absence of skin involvement. HLA Cw6 tends to be present from genetic markers. In this case report, we describe the course of psoriatic arthritis sine psoriasis.
