Zusammenfassung
Wann ist ein Markt für Kunden relevant und wann nicht? Und wann lohnt es sich, in einen Markt einzusteigen. Dazu folgendes Beispiel: In Afrika gibt es Länder, in denen kaum jemand Schuhe trägt. Man könnte nun sagen, dass ist kein Markt für Schuhe, da offenbar niemand Schuhe kennt. Man könnte auch sagen: Afrika ist ein sehr guter Markt für Schuhe, weil offenbar niemand Schuhe besitzt.
Genauso ist es mit der Betrachtung des Kunden und seiner Bedürfnisse. Manche sehen einen Markt, wo keiner ist und bieten ein Produkt an, das niemand braucht. Oder sie sehen einen Markt, wo der Wettbewerb zwar keinen Markt sieht, aber dennoch ein Markt vorhanden ist.
