Zusammenfassung
Seit Jahren wird die Führung vonMitarbeitern imPersonalmanagement diskutiert und erforscht. Zukünftig wird die Bedeutung der Mitarbeiterführung weiterhin sehr hoch sein, da sie diverse Aufgaben in Unternehmen wahrnimmt. Der vorliegende Beitrag setzt sich daher mit den konzeptionellen Grundlagen der Mitarbeiterführung auseinander, die sich den Erfolgsfaktoren der Mitarbeiterführung widmen. Im Fokus stehen dabei die klassischen und neueren Ansätze der Mitarbeiterführung. Der Beitrag soll nicht nur einen Einblick in die konzeptionellen Grundlagen derMitarbeiterführung geben, sondern auch die Möglichkeit schaffen, eigene Führungserfahrung einzuschätzen und das Führungsverhalten gezielt zu verbessern.
