Abstract
Based on the elicitation and final selection of relevant VLE design characteristic, the third objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of these design characteristics on crucial behavioural determinants of users’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of a VLE and, thus, VLE success finally. This section, thus, clarifies if the integrated research models proposed have the actual ability to remedy the weaknesses of the TAM3 and the ISSM indicated earlier.
