Zusammenfassung
Die endoskopische Polypektomie gilt als eine risikoarme Methode Polypen des Gastrointestinaltraktes zu entfernen. Die Gefahr einer Blutung nach Polypektomien im unteren GI-Trakt liegt unter 5 % [2, 5]. Ein deutlich höheres Blutungsrisiko ist von der Polypektomie aus dem oberen GI-Trakt bekannt [4, 8].
