Die Register-Transfer-Sprache KARL-2 ist eine Weiterentwicklung der Sprache KARL. Sie stellt zur Entwicklung und Beschreibung von Hardware ähnliche strukturierte Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung wie bisher übliche Programmiersprachen (Anwendung veranschaulicht in /1/ und /2/).
