Abstract
Industrial and public partners from Italy, France and the United Kingdom, involved at various levels in the problems posed by agricultural pollution (water suppliers, chemical manufacturers, environmental administrations, farmers, research institutes, Information Technology companies), are currently collaborating in the ISMAP project within the EUREKA framework. ISMAP stands for Integrated System and Services for the Management of Agricultural Pollution. Within ISMAP, the development of new approaches, methodologies and tools to improve the management of agricultural pollution is carried out through a close collaboration of specialists in various disciplines (e.g. agronomy, hydrology, biochemistry, socio-economy, information technologies).
