Abstract

All of the 1988 resolutions, recommendations, and the one opinion were suppressed and five new resolutions were adopted. All the new resolutions entered into force on 14 December 2012 and they apply to all Member States, because no Member State expressed a formal reservation1 and because the signature formality only applies to the treaty text, not to the resolutions.
