Wirkfaktoren des Psychodramas

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden zunächst empirische Befunde zu den Wirkungen des Psychodramas referiert, etwa zu Einstellungsänderungen durch den Perspektivenwechsel im Rollentausch, zur Verbesserung von interpersoneller Kompetenz und Empathie oder zur durch die psychodramatische Arbeit bewirkten Rollenerweiterung. Im zweiten Teil des Textes werden zunächst im Anschluss an Modelle von Yalom und Grawe unspezifische Wirkfaktoren des Psychodramas beschrieben und schließlich psychodrama-spezifische Wirkfaktoren (Katharsis, Erlebnisaktivierung) dargestellt.
