Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zu den Magenkarzinomen eignen sich GIST (gastrointestinale Stromatumoren) deutlich besser für einen laparoskopischen Ansatz. Geringer Sicherheitsabstand (1–2 cm), fehlende Indikation zur Lymphadenektomie, gute Ansprache auf eine Chemotherapie mit Tyrosinkinasehemmern – all diese Faktoren begünstigen die Möglichkeiten des laparoskopischen Zugangs.
