Abstract

This article presents an analysis that constitutes an approach to the reality on a general solution for the case of mortgage credit in Mexico. Propose ways of real solution, between the financial institutions-debtors, knowing that there are ways to build a real solution, it is believed that is imperative that we be decided and have a real desire for the settlement to a future that is not seen better. Miss more time is to play that there are no longer options or alternatives in the future, or more complicated and costly. The current solutions have become an important part of the problem, because a real solution only have been delayed, postponed. It is usually thought, that the decisions of the mortgage credit belong to the economic and financial sphere; the decision is influenced by the availability of funds, in addition to other restrictions, and institutional policies.
