Zusammenfassung

Je länger eine bilanzierte Ernährung durchgeführt werden muss, je „aggressiver“ der Zufuhrweg (oral, enteral, parenteral) ist, je geringer die Körperspeicher und Regulationsmöglichkeiten eines Patienten sind, desto schneller erschöpfen sich endogene Reserven, dekompensieren Regulationsmechanismen und desto höher ist der Stellenwert des Monitorings.
