Schwindel ist nach Kopf- und Nackenschmerz die häufigste, auch chronische Komplikation eines leichten Schädel-Hirn-Traumas (Friedman 2004; Kaschluba et al. 2006; Schütze et al. 2008) oder einer HWS-Distorsion (Ernst et al. 2005).
