Abstract
Femoroacetabular osteoplasty or osteochondroplasty comprises in the removal of the anatomical abnormalities causing femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and the repair of labral and retrolabral chondral lesions. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, different techniques have been proposed to address this condition, which can be classified as follows:
