Unterstützung Kreativer Geschäftsprozesse durch Workflow Management und Groupware: Evaluation einer integrierten Software-Lösung

Abstract

Zielgerichtete kreative Gruppenarbeit erfordert adäquate Unterstützung durch spezialisierte Werkzeuge und Methoden. Dies ist umso wichtiger, da Geschäftsprozesse als strukturierte Abfolgen meist betriebswirtschaftlich motivierter Aktivitäten den organisatorischen Rahmen für Gruppenarbeit bilden. Workflow-Technologie stellt die effiziente Abwicklung von strukturierten Unternehmensprozessen sicher. In kreativen Gruppenprozessen schaden zu strenge Vorgaben dem kreativen Potential der Gruppe oft jedoch mehr als dass sie nutzten. In solchen Szenarien stellt Groupware die geeignetere Lösung dar. Die in diesem Artikel vorgestellte Software CreativeFlow stellt eine Integration von Workflows und Groupware dar. Basierend auf der Theorie der Pockets of Creativity (PoC) (siehe Kap. 1) wurde eine Architektur entwickelt, welche die konzeptionelle Grundlage von CreativeFlow bildet. Diese Architektur soll zusammen mit Gestaltungsrichtlinien die Entwicklung ähnlicher Systeme anleiten. Daraufhin werden Resultate einer ersten Evaluation der Software vorgestellt, die im Rahmen eines Interviews mit Mitarbeitern eines namenhaften deutschen TV-Produktionsunternehmens stattfand.
