Zusammenfassung
Zusammenarbeit tritt in soziotechnischen Systemen auf (Koch und Gross 2007) (vgl. Abschn. 3.1). Diese bearbeiten Aufgaben und setzen sich aus Menschen und Technologien zusammen. Doch um die Zusammenarbeit zu unterstützen, muss diese gesteuert werden. Dafür wird die sogenannte Facilitation benötigt, die der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Zusammenarbeit dient (vgl. Abschn. 3.2). Dafür muss ein Facilitator verschiedenen Aufgaben nachgehen: Zum einen muss er die Gruppe anleiten, um ein Gruppenziel erreichen zu können, aber zum anderen ist es auch seine Aufgabe, die Kommunikation und den Austausch in der Gruppe zu erleichtern. Ferner kann die Zusammenarbeit über moderne IKT unterstützt werden (vgl. Abschn. 3.3), was unter dem Begriff Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW) zusammengefasst werden kann. Schließlich lässt sich noch die physische Umgebung, der Raum, in dem die Zusammenarbeit stattfindet, anpassen, um der Gruppe optimale Arbeitsbedingungen für die gemeinsame Tätigkeit zu geben (vgl. Abschn. 3.4).
