Abstract

An anthropogenic activity of interest is the influence it has on the biospheric water cycle (Krapivin et al., 1982). The present scales of this influence are global and are composed of a hierarchy of regional changes especially in arid districts. The control of biospheric water systems is an element of climate system monitoring.
