Abstract
We present the Maxwell and super Maxwell algebra and introduce a massive particle invariant under Maxwell symmetry. We also consider a κ-invariant massless superparticle model providing a dynamical realization of the superMaxwell algebra. This article is dedicated to Emili Elizalde, my first PhD student, for his 60 birthday.
