Abstract

The operation of a test facility for a rocket engine implies several risks. The large amount of liquid hydrogen and oxygen, high service pressures and the enormous density of energy when the rocket engine is running requires systematic risk management (Sect. 6.3), the integration of adequate safety systems and their prescribed application within the facility and test operation.
