Zusammenfassung

Für die Differenzialdiagnostik, die Erfassung der Tumorausdehnung, Resektabilitätsbeurteilung sowie die Verlaufsbeurteilung maligner Weichgewebesarkome haben die Computertomografie und die Magnetresonanztomografie ihren festen Stellenwert. Additiv wird häufig vor geplanter Resektion mit der farbkodierter Duplexsonografie, teilweise auch mittels intravaskulärer Sonografie, die Lagebeziehung von Sarkomen zu Blutgefäßen bestimmt.
