Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden alle malignen epithelialen Tumoren des Magens mit den derzeit aktuellen Definitionen und histopathologischen Diagnosekriterien detailliert in Wort und Bild dargestellt und durch die aktuellen Daten zur Molekularpathologie, Inzidenz und Ätiologie sowie zur Therapie ergänzt. Besondere Berücksichtigung finden die histologischen Kriterien der unterschiedlichen Subtypen, der Graduierungssysteme sowie der international und national gebräuchlichsten Klassifikationen. Im Abschnitt „Differentialdiagnose“ werden alle häufigen, aber auch die seltenen Entitäten diskutiert und Kriterien zur Abgrenzung genannt.
