Präventionsangebote zur Vermeidung psychischer Störungen und körperlicher Erkrankungen richten sich überwiegend an (noch) gesunde Personen oh ne Leidensdruck. Dementsprechend ist die Motivation der Zielpersonen meist gering, geeignete Beratungs-und Hilfsangebote wahrzuneh men. Umso wichtiger ist es, den Zugang zu präventiven Maßnahmen und Angeboten möglichst einfach und attraktiv zu gestalten. Neue Kommunikationsmedien bieten einen zeit- und ortsunabhängigen Zugangzu Präventionsangeboten und durch die Verknüpfung mit intelligenten Computerprogrammen die Möglichkeit, maßgeschneidert auf individuell verschiedene Informations und Lebensstile einzugehen.
