Zusammenfassung
Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen sind in Deutschland noch immer die häufigste Todesursache, sie verursachen hohe Kosten im Gesundheitswesen, aber auch in der deutschen Wirtschaft. Die Verbreitung von kardiovaskulären Risikofaktoren in der Bevölkerung konnte bisher durch primärpräventive und medizinische Interventionen nicht nachhaltig beeinflusst werden. Deshalb könnten betriebliche Ansätze zur Prävention von Erkrankungen des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems ein erhebliches Versorgungsdefizit verringern helfen. Existierende betriebliche Präventionsprogramme beziehen sich jedoch nur auf die Modifikation einzelner oder kombinierter kardiovaskulärer Risikofaktoren, nicht auf die Förderung von Ressourcen und Potenzialen innerhalb der betrieblichen Organisation und bei den Mitarbeitern selbst. Betriebliche Programme basieren bisher primär auf verhaltensorientierten Interventionen, mit denen der Risikofaktorenstatus zumindest kuorzfristig günstig beeinflussbar ist. Die Potenziale der Gesundheitsförderung im betrieblichen Setting werden in den Herz-Kreislauf-Präventionsprogrammen noch nicht ausreichend genutzt, das zeigt sich unter anderem in der geringen Verschränkung von individuumbezogenen Interventionen und verhältnisbezogenen betrieblichen Veränderungen und vor allem in der unzureichenden Förderung salutogener Potenziale wie der sozialen Integration und Unterstützung am Arbeitsplatz.
